Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship (Minor Only)
The Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship minor offers the knowledge, network, and experiences students need to create, launch, and sustain successful entrepreneurial ventures. Students will develop skills to evaluate the feasibility of a business idea, execute effective marketing strategies, create profitable business structure, secure financing, and develop a sound business plan. It provides internship, travel abroad, and networking experiences. The minor is for students who want to create and own their own businesses or expand existing businesses by creating new value-added enterprises.
Two minor plans are available as well as the joint minor in agribusiness leadership and entrepreneurship offered through the ALEC department
