The MPB Sales Operations and Effectiveness team is responsible for development of strategy, business plans, goals and tools to support long-term growth of specialty drug distribution within McKesson Health Systems. The MHS MPB Business Operations Intern will work with MPB SOE leadership gaining hands on operations experience through project-based work across key business initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours, available during core hours for critical meetings and training
- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fun, demanding, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Use data to identify key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to facilitate data driven decision making
- Supporting operational excellence through a multitude of tasks, including but not limited to interfacing with cross-functional team members, documenting projects, developing processes, creating reports, meeting tracking, operational goal tracking
- Assist with administrative and operational duties associated with managing multiple projects, supporting project planning, execution, and closure
- Analyze current strategies to identify areas of opportunity (from an internal process perspective as well as customer-facing perspective)
- Performs competitive analysis, tracks industry trends and market conditions, and report to key stakeholders
- Proactively participate in special projects/initiatives with teams like sales operations, leadership, etc.
Critical Skills:
- Project Management experience a plus
Data Analytics experience a plus - Critical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines and deadlines; time management
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Out of the box thinkers wanted
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$16.50 – $27.50
