The Menace is looking for highly motivated college students interested in being a part of the United Soccer League team in Des Moines. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. This is a paid, full-time summer position.

Responsibilities
- Traveling with the Menace’s United Soccer League team and assisting in travel logistics and game-day preparations.
- Working with coaches and staff in creating and communicating travel itineraries.
- Assisting in equipment maintenance including cleaning uniforms and setting up locker rooms
- Compiling and posting stats for home games
- Copying and distributing game film in a timely manner
- Leading game-day stadium set-up.
- As available, assisting with the menace’s youth tournaments in late April/early May
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High levels of responsibility, organization, and initiative
- A passion for sports and knowledge of the game of soccer
- Ability to problem solve and think on the fly in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proven team player who is willing to work long days, nights, and weekends
