Collette is seeking a Marketing Content Intern. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32-40 hours per week.

Job Summary:
Work with Product and Marketing Teams to determine visual needs for new and existing tours. Process incoming content; properly categorizing and making files available to users. Audit existing DAM files to maintain an up-to-date collection of tour imagery. Communicate with tour vendors to obtain unique content as needed. Manage internal and external content requests.
Primary Functions:
- Manage incoming assets; review quality, rename, add metadata, and archive to DAM.
- Work with Photo teams to help determine specific content needs across tours.
- Maintain up-to-date galleries for tours; adding, removing, and obtaining content as needed per tour changes.
- Quickly respond to and fulfill content requests from internal and external parties.
- Help audit, maintain, and build the Collette content library, including corporate archives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and skills:
- Photography, Library Science or related field
- Familiar with creative asset workflows and Digital Asset Management systems
- Familiar with IPTC metadata fields, and experience auditing and modifying data within
- Familiar with photography knowledge and processing skills
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task several priorities/projects while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously with proficient time management skills
- Passion for travel as a product, specifically group travel
- Not afraid to ask questions to understand processes and provide solutions to streamline them
Hourly Rate: $17.00 / Hour
