We’re looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our team in Plymouth, MN as a Investor Relations Intern.
The Investor Relations Intern will work 40 hours per week at our Plymouth headquarters office between May 2024–August 2024. Exact dates and times are negotiable.

Responsibilities
As an Investor Relations Coordinator you will assist the Equity team with administrative and project support. In a given day, you may:
- Prepare and send gifts to investors on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and mail quarterly letters, various investment notices and packages, and annual tax documents.
- Complete various errands (i.e. pick up materials for gifting)
- Put together the subscription agreements for projects to be uploaded to CRM (Juniper).
- Utilize CRM (Juniper Square/Hubspot) to complete a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to entering meeting notes, updating investor contact information, and uploading documents.
- Perform the preparation, editing, and formatting of general correspondence through word processing and spreadsheet tasks. Also, audits of previous and current projects.
- Format and proofread documents.
- Prepare and assemble reports, company materials, and client documents, as directed.
- Manage and prioritize incoming workflow to meet all deadlines in a deadline-focused environment.
- Arrange for various meetings via conference calls, video conferences, and webcasts.
- Track equity raise-ups including initial processing of investment deposits.
- Monitor, process and delegate email correspondence with investors.
- Answering calls from staff and investors and processing their requests and needs.
- Record meeting minutes in meetings internally.
- Workflow processing for new investor opportunities from start to finish. Working with other departments to make sure all parts are moving along in the process (brochures, legal documents, bank accounts and logins are prepared, wire instructions created, etc.)
- Create and update department SOPs and processes.
- System clean-up on data and reporting for historical information.
- Create lists for annual cards to be sent to investors based on need from department staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student) of a four-year Bachelor degree program in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
- Financially astute with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex deals in an efficient manner.
- Capacity to work cross functionally with various departments.
- Superior organization skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
