Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for connecting with potential corporate clients for FOCUS Training. BDR will utilize phone calls, emails, social media, and other forms of communication to connect with potential partners. Scripts and templates will be provided along with live training to prepare BDR for success.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and an interest in leadership development and business. Candidates must understand basic telephone etiquette and be interested in talking with people. Basic computer and writing skills are also required.

Requirements
- 20 hours per week, 10 hour
- Access to a telephone and internet-connected computer
- Ability to work in office and from home
- Strong communication skills
Preferred
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Enjoys a fun and dynamic work environment
- Enjoys competition and receiving incentives for performance
Wage
Up to $30 per hour with incentives
Top performers may be offered the opportunity for a full-time role
