This internship will partner with our local sales agronomist and operations team to promote customer relations and local operations in seed, crop protection, fertility and consulting. The majority of your time will be in the field working directly with customers to provide practical, sound agronomic information to assist them in on-farm management. This includes opportunities to experience field diagnostics, Precision Agronomy, Variable Rate Technology, ground and aerial operations, Sales and Marketing and crop planning.
This internship will partner with our safety, risk management and compliance team at the Aurora, NE corporate office. The majority of your time will be out at our locations working directly with employees to ensure safety & compliance. There will also be time reviewing risk management involving insurance and loss control. You will get the opportunity to learn about regulations involving OSHA, EPA, NDEQ, NDEE, Anhydrous along with Fire Marshall requirements.
This internship will partner with our grain team. You will gain a better understanding of grain marketing within the cooperative system with our merchandising team. You will also get the opportunity to be on site at grain elevators learning what it takes to operationally move grain to our end destinations. Seeing multiple sides of the grain business will allow you to also build relationships with our owners.

This internship will partner with our marketing team in Aurora, NE at our corporate office. You’ll be working on all facets of projects for the cooperative from all the different divisions and departments. You’ll plan, organize and attend owner events, engage with employees across the whole company, partake in strategy sessions and programs, assist with the communication calendar, interview owners and learn their stories. You’ll get to experience firsthand what it is like to serve Aurora Cooperative owners/producers/growers.
