LGBTQA+ students and allies are invited for networking & dialogue with companies and organizations taking strides to foster diversity in the workplace. Wesley Dooley, who works at Union Pacific and will be featured at this event says “Diversity and Inclusion are equally critical to the success of an organization. Universities and colleges are full of extraordinary people with diverse backgrounds and amazing ideas. I strive to improve equality in the workplace and when everyone is included in the conversation our accomplishments are unlimited. “Pride in the Workplace” is a unique opportunity for LGBTQA+ students and allies to connect with companies in the area that care as much as you.”
