We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. The
intern will play a crucial role in creating and editing graphics for various projects, including flyers,
posters, email graphics, websites, and social media. This is an excellent opportunity for
individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and contribute to impactful
marketing initiatives. In addition to the below responsibilities, interns would be able to work on
programs’ teams and additional marketing team duties. This is an in person role at Harper
Center, with the possibility of some remote Marketing work.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create and edit graphics for various projects using software tools such as Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
● Follow the guidelines and specifications provided by the team and senior brand
strategist to ensure high-quality and original designs.
● Collaborate with the marketing and program teams to understand project requirements
and deliver creative solutions.
● Use platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to organize files,
communicate with team members, and report on project status.
● Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
● Familiarity with digital file organization and cloud-based platforms.
● Knowledge of specific size requirements for email graphics, website, social media posts,
posters, and other marketing materials.
