To help you feel prepared and confident, we’ve created a collection of training videos for each volunteer position. These provide directions and expectations to help you succeed in your role. While volunteering, it's important to stay engaged with participants—consider it "tabling," actively interacting to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Set up and test all technology for student and employer check-in stations

Oversee the check-in station and help desk to ensure smooth event operations

Oversee and manage the unloading zone during employer arrival

Set up employer tablecloths and career fair signage

Check in employers and their representatives or escort them to their booths

Greet employers at the unloading zone and transport items to fair booths

Print student resumes as needed and answer any additional questions

Fill in for any volunteer who is on break, late, or absent

Oversee the fair exit and headshot station
