Reserve a Room for the Virtual Career Fair
University Career Services has limited space available for student use during the days of the virtual career fairs. Five small rooms are available for 30-minute blocks.
To sign up, please select the day you would like to reserve to check availability and select a slot:
Day 1 – Tuesday, February 23rd, 12-4 pm
Day 2 – Wednesday, February 24th, 12-4 pm
Day 3 – Thursday, February 25th, 12-4 pm
Day 4 – Friday, February 26th, 12-4 pm
Education Career Fair – Friday, February 26th (morning only, 9 am – 12 pm)
Rooms are located in the City Campus Union on the second floor, room 225. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation for check-in. If for any reason you will not need the room, please cancel your reservation by emailing Emily Wilber.
Rules:
- Students must bring their NCard and must sign in for the purposes of contact tracing.
- Students must bring their own technology for connection.
- Students are responsible for pre- and post-reservation cleaning of their reserved space. Instructions and supplies for cleaning will be available in each room.
- As the COVID-19 virus can remain airborne for up to 3 hours or more, students are required to wear masks while using their reserved space.
