- Aline Abayo is a senior from Kigali, Rwanda, majoring In Integrated sciences with a concentration in agriculture economics, and a member of the University Honors Program and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resource’s Undergraduate Scholars Program (CUSP).
- Aline is a Clayton Yeutter Institute Student Fellow, a Bureau of Business Research Scholar, and is a research assistant at the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center. Aline’s passion for international economics and agriculture policies was inspired by her research on coffee pricing economics under the guidance of Dr. Lia Nogueira in the Agriculture Economics Department.
- As a Carnegie Endowment James Gaither Junior Fellowship Recipient in the Africa Program, Aline hopes to explore different areas shaping the African Economy, especially issues related to climate change, trade agreements, and investments.
