To encourage adherence to the SHRM Code of Ethics. To strive for greater knowledge in all phases of Personnel Administration and to develop greater recognition of the importance of the personnel function. To afford college students the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight into the personnel and industrial relations field through affiliation and association with Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA). To promote the exchange of the experience of LHRMA members with the theoretical and academic approaches of the student members through free association. To allow for the expansion of the purposes of LHRMA in those areas of particular interest to the student chapter.
