Falun Gong is a peaceful spiritual practice rooted in traditional Chinese culture. It consists of five gentle exercises, including sitting meditation, and a moral philosophy centered on the values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Falun Gong practice is highly effective to improve health and energy. We are glad to invite everyone to join our group practice on Campus, with the hope that more people could benefit from practicing Falun Gong.
