We are current looking to expand our Occupational Health service by bringing on more clients in need of cost and time efficient services for new hires and current employees. Our project would require lead generation to identify employers in our geographic area (20 mile radius) that currently require the services we offer and find the contact information of the key decision makers for those services such as Hiring managers, HR managers, Safety & Compliance managers, etc. We are looking to get leads on 40-50 companies. Ideally the data collected for each new lead would have Company decision maker name, contact info, and current service provider for Occupational health services (ie drug tests, physicals, etc). We can provide call templates on how to approach calling employers.

We provide drug screens, physicals, Covid-19 testing, respirator fit testing, work comp treatment for MSK injuries and more.

Research & Strategy

Develop a market analysis for a specific industry we will define. As part of this, determine and provide details on existing companies in the space and who we could potentially partner with. In addition, determine trends associated with the growth of the space as a whole (eg number of new businesses founded, success rate, etc.) and key drivers of success or failure. We will discuss specifics during kickoff.

Prepare a SWOT analysis for three companies in a specific market/industry. This should include the use of public data on these companies and industry research.

Sales & Business Development

Identify 15 potential strategic partners (influencers, organizations, etc.) you think we should develop a relationship with. Once identified, you will provide specific information based off criteria we will provide (eg core offerings, additional features, team size, etc). Additionally, we would like you to justify why you think each would be a good partner based on value alignment, brand synergy, etc.

Identify 25 companies/contacts in a defined market that fall under our ideal customer profile. Once identified, provide the company name and contact information for a director-level or above decision maker. Contact information should include: name, position, phone, and verified email. In addition, please include company size and other information that we will define.

Finance & Accounting

Research a list of companies based off specific criteria (to be provided) and determine if they have a corporate venture capital arm. If they do, provide a summary of their operations and investments made. 

Assist in developing a financial model to evaluate and present a new initiative.

Operations & Support

Create and maintain a positive presence with local communities. This may include drafting content for local publications and social media, event planning, and/or strategic outreach.

Assist with making various changes to a website. This could include reformatting pages, revising text, changing images, and more.

Human Resources

Assist in the development of a diversity best practices manual. Identify between 10 and 20 thoughtful articles that highlight the importance of diversity in organizations, best practices, and challenges when best practices are not implemented. Summarize key points across the articles in a single document.

Identify 25 qualified candidates for open roles the company is looking to fill. Develop a list in excel with different tabs for each candidate, and a brief justification as to why you selected these specific candidates, as well as potential conversation starters you might have for each based on background and work experience.

Marketing

Identify opportunities where we can improve our website’s SEO. Using best practices and key industry trends, provide recommendations on how we can improve. Then, assist in the implementation.

Design marketing collateral for our various events and campaigns. For this initial project, you will create at least 3 pieces of collateral. We will discuss the specific types of collateral you will design upon kickoff.

IT & Cyber Security

Aid with the deployment of data privacy and security controls for a client to ensure they are managing their operational risk.

Conduct testing on a new software application to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot errors.
