What sparked your interest in this field?
Studying advertising and working at the Career Services office.

How did you gain experience when you were a student completing your undergraduate degree?
I worked at the Career Services office as a Peer Career Guide, I was an Account Executive at Jacht and I had a Talent Acquisition Marketing Internship with The Walt Disney Company.

Who is someone that influenced your career and professional development?
One of my co-workers that I am a co-chair with through the Boys Town Emerging Leaders, which is one of the Employee Resource Groups at Boys Town.

What is one important skill you’ve had to acquire and hone as you’ve grown in your career?
Creativity. Through the pandemic and talent acquisition marketing being a growing field, I have had to become more flexible and creative when it comes to attracting talent and showcasing the employer brand at Boys Town.
