Position will include general office work such as answering phones, watering plants, directing traffic, scanning materials, delivering items on campus, recycling and general cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Working with confidential materials is inevitable, so the ability to be professional and discreet is a must. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse communities. Seeking a highly motivated, independent worker who can take the initiative to assess the needs of the office and find ways to assist with those needs. Candidates MUST have work-study funding through your financial aid package. This position will be approximately 10 hours a week (flexible schedule – you make your schedule at the beginning of each semester) and we need someone specifically available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm. The other 8 hours can be what works best for you between M-F 8-5pm. This opportunity is for Spring 2021 with the potential to stay on until you graduate!
