The Transaction Coordinator will take care of tasks allowing owner to focus on growing the business. Activities will include communication with client and team members, scheduling, updating and completing reports, handling corporate mailings and various other duties.
In addition the Transaction Coordinator ensures that closing dates and locks deadlines are met. Communicates with the team to assure that everything is being done to meet the closing and lock deadlines. They need to be positive, assertive and capable of independently handling issues surrounding the transaction. They must recognize opportunities to ‘promote’ the loan officer and the team to all that are associated with the loan process. Professionalism and unmatched customer service skills required. Welcoming clients, welcoming and introducing clients to the owner and the team. HVCC Compliance, Data Base management and daily tasks that keep the office running organized.
