Our sales force has two departments:
- Sell Transend’s various transportation services to companies that ship or manufacture goods throughout North America
- Tailor supply chain solutions based on the needs of a client
- Collaborate with the Transend account management team to ensure a positive client experience and continually look for ways to grow the business
- Inside and outside sales
- Develop relationships with companies that offer all forms of transportation services throughout North America
- Use Transend’s technology tools to match equipment with available loads and negotiate prices with carriers
- Work with the account management team to oversee execution of service
- Primarily inside sales.
Once hired you will work with Transend leadership to determine which sales position best fits your career goals and needs.
The initial pay structure for both sales positions is salary + bonus and will eventually switch to salary + commission.
