Our leadership team and interns represent The Dean’s List community all over the country. These are the future world leaders. The game changers. Founder Meredith Dean (@merenator) & her team have a mission to empower clients and the community.

Interns will have the opportunity to meet inspirational professionals from all fields, build their own digital brands, revamp their LinkedIn profiles, hone in on their purpose, develop as an empathetic leader, and become a part of an empowering network.

As a Charlotte-based digital branding company, The Dean’s List has now helped over 200 clients enhance their online presence and find their dreams jobs. A portion of all profits go to Habitat Aid Initiative, a non-profit which builds sustainable communities, clinics, girls schools, and wells in the Western Kenya area. TDL has built digital brands worldwide for famous NYC anchors, NFL network reporters, athletes, students, Miss America, and social media influencers.
