Internship Expires January 18, 2021

TEEMA TEAS is looking for a mission-motivated, discerning, and top-performing marketing student with elegant written communication skills and keen aesthetic sense to maintain & build our social presence.

TEEMA TEAS (www.teemateas.com) is a values-based purveyor of exceptionally vibrant handmade teas, giving a delicious daily ritual to those who aim higher than fair trade. Our fully single-plantation menu focuses on transparency of origin and provides unique, direct-trade access to one woman-owned plantation in exotic Thailand. With every sip, every customer is actively taking part in our NEW LEAF PROGRAM which funds seed loans that enable economically disadvantaged women to create and build their own businesses. We witness transformation: daughters watch their mothers become owners — owners of their futures. We are on the verge of international distribution and need your help in honing our message to build a broader reach in both our B2B and D2C channels.

Your challenge:

Give TEEMA TEAS a consistent visual & verbal brand persona by harnessing a story completely unique to the tea industry space. Far from having to try to differentiate a ‘typical’ product from a sea of competitors, you will be able to pull from an authentic brand story without compare inside this niche marketplace. Our social presence thus far has been challenged by an inconsistent presence and lack of codified framework; your work will provide a unified presentation of TEEMA on social platforms via consistency of posting timeline, visual content, and voice.

You will have the opportunity to tackle challenges native to TEEMA’s particular consumer landscape, track efficacy, measure follower and engagement growth, and in the end be able to show your achievement of quantifiable results.

This is a paid, on-going position with a trial period of Q1 2021 and the possibility of further employment afterward.
