Create and produce high-quality marketing and promotional materials, direct emails, content marketing materials, and website content – both independently and by managing third party design professionals.Strategize. Propose and execute marketing strategies to generate new client opportunities and increase awareness of Tabs3 software.Analyze. Use data from prospects, sales, Google Analytics, and other sources to evaluate the performance of campaigns.Collaborate. Enjoy regular employee appreciation lunches on us.A great fit for this position has:A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or Business Administration.Design skills with experience using Adobe products.Ability to think critically and solve problems.Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.Ability to gather and analyze data to formulate strategies; Google Analytics experience preferred.Experience in Excel or Google Sheets.Some experience using Pardot and Salesforce preferred.Familiarity with web design; knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
