Stand Structural Engineering is currently looking for a structural engineering intern for Summer 2021. We are a dynamic structural engineering consulting firm in Overland Park, KS. We specialize in building design, and service architects, contractors, and owners. Check out our website to see the wide variety of projects that we engineer. The goal of our internship program is to prepare students for their professional career by exposing them to as many things as possible, including the structural design process, use of BIM (Revit), structural analysis, time on construction sites, and time with our leadership learning all aspects of the profession. We are seeking talented, driven and passionate candidates that are interested in a challenging career designing a wide range of building structure types and sizes.

General Requirements:

• Majoring in civil / structural / architectural engineering, with a structural emphasis, and a desire to design buildings and to work with architects.
• Completed Junior Year or Later, and Graduating within the next two years
• Desire to live and work in the Kansas City area
• Knowledge of REVIT preferred
