Job title: Area Crop Specialist
Job Definition: The Area Crop Specialist works in a consulting role to provide crop production advice to agricultural producers and production managers.
Job Qualifications: Minimum of a four year college degree in agriculture. Agronomy, crop science, entomology, Ag business, Ag studies, or soil science majors are desirable but not necessary. A considerable amount of crop and soil science related course work in another degree or related experience is acceptable.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*The main responsibility of each Crop Specialist is *Help the customer with crop and variety selections.
