Out for Undergrad is a non-profit organization dedicated to help high-achieving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) undergraduates reach their full potential in their careers. This is a chance to network with recruiters from investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and other top financial services, consulting, and professional services firms. O4U is an all expenses paid, three-day conference in New York City at the Goldman Sachs HQ. Each year, O4U selects a diverse class of top-performing LGBTQ students from around the country. O4U invites you to apply to our weekend long Business Summit where you will have the opportunity to work with LGBTQ professionals who will educate about job opportunities in highly competitive industries.
