Who You’ll Work With
You will work in our Waltham location as part of the Client Capability Network (CCN). Our Global CCN includes more than 3,000 diverse professionals delivering distinctive client impact through assets and expertise, driven by a culture of innovation.
Your two-year rotational program will span across three main verticals within the CCN; domain & research, analytics, and solutions.
Our domain and research professionals focus on building deep functional or industry knowledge, while using relevant internal and external sources and proven research approaches to drive insights. Our analytics professionals use advanced analytics tools and complex data sets to solve real-world challenges and help our clients achieve better performance through data. Our solutions professionals create sustainable impact for our clients by leveraging advanced technology, proprietary data, and deep expertise to drive the delivery and adoption of our assets and capabilities.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Insights Fellow, you will work within a global organization and drive impact through expert and asset based projects.
You will work with different teams across a variety of functions during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program. You will grow your expertise in industry and/or functional areas and develop a unique set of technical skills. You will contribute in areas such as industry research, knowledge building, analytical problem solving, model development and more. Your work will include internal focused projects as well as client facing opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to build a network of peers and mentors, gain new skills, build on your strengths, and learn the many different parts of the firm. As a Business Insights Fellow you will receive a robust training curriculum. You will learn various technical tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics and foundational problem solving methods.
- Quantitative/Analytical undergraduate or graduate degree preferred (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance, Business, etc.)
