GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales position that will work independently and with Lone Tree Foods owners and local producers to grow sales with new and existing customers.
Candidate must be able to achieve sales goals, build trust and create value with customers, and increase revenue.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and build relationships and increase sales within existing customer base.
Identify prospective new customers, build relationships and trust to gain commitment and sales.
Develop, prepare, and present major customer presentations.
Be accountable for budgets and revenue growth expectations.
Work with Account Manager to provide support for customers on products, and provide service to regular customers.
Identify prospective customers, make initial contact, build reports, and create active, profitable customers.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and present sales information to existing and new customers.
Work with General Manager, Account Manager, and owners to develop sales strategies, customer pipeline and sales goals.
Prepare customer GAP analysis, customer pricing, quotes, and orders.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:
Bachelors degree in related field, or 3 years of related sales experience.
Minimum of 3 years in customer contact, outside sales or experience in wholesaler sales, hospitality or food service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Have the ability to work and thrive in an outbound sales environment, working independently from a home office. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite of software products.
Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, co- workers and suppliers.
Have a valid drivers license .
