Livingston Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking an outstanding leader with the ability to demonstrate strong work-ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills. This person should have at least 5 years cumulative relevant experience. Any relevant accounting/audit/tax experience will be considered.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles – understanding of P&L, balance sheet, consolidated financial statements and cash flow dynamics.
The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer to effectively maintain and control the general ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization, applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records.
Ability to maintain confidential information and adapt quickly to new systems and a changing business environment.
Must be able to manage many projects simultaneously and prioritize workload appropriately using strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but not required.
