KI is looking for self-motivated candidates for our Field Sales Trainee program. This is a 6-12 month extensive training program located at our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Our training program will teach you sales fundamentals in a consultative selling environment that you can carry with you throughout your sales career. Upon completion of the training program, our intent is to promote you to an open territory in the U.S.; Districts include, but are not limited to: San Francisco, Missouri, Chicago, North Texas, New England, Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia, New York, Florida and Phoenix. Relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Master KI’s product and sales process
  • Develop new business and nurture
  • existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed personal/team sales and
  • activity goals
  • Become an expert in the contract
  • furniture industry and learn to build trusting relationships
