One must have a thorough understanding of restaurant operations and provide both leadership and strategic direction within the restaurant. Our leaders must be hospitable, intense, and professional. An attention to the minutiae is important. Every detail contributes to the delivery of seamless service and impeccable food. Our managers must be chef-driven, as our food is prepared from-scratch daily in high volume kitchens. Candidates must have full-service restaurant management experience. A bachelor’s or culinary degree is preferred. Openness to discussions regarding relocation will contribute to the success of a manager.

All hired managers will have 13 weeks of hands-on, intense, rotational training including all positions in the FOH and BOH. We believe that training in all aspects of operations will give our managers the tools to be successful to run the business. It will also allow our managers to better understand all employees’ roles and responsibilities and educate the team on company specifications and standards for excellence.
