Job Summary:The Operations Trainee is responsible for learning the fundamentals of facility operations and logistics, as well as inventory management. Training is conducted within a mentorship framework, necessitating a high degree of interaction with management. The Operations Trainee is given progressive responsibility and customer contact within the facility management program which will help develop the necessary skills to safely and profitably manage a facility. This program takes anywhere between 9 to 18 months depending on individual performance and company needs.
