Our clinic is integrated with primary care and dental services in Wautoma, WI. Our Behavioral Health Clinicians apply a strength-based approach to assess, diagnose, and provide integrated general psychotherapy and substance abuse treatment. We assure resilience and recovery supports for children, adolescents, and adults across mixed modalities (individual, family, group). Our clinicians also provide educational and consultation services to Providers and staff, community agencies, and the public. In addition, providers who have experience with integrated medicine and complementary health practices are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field and current WI licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist or other related licensure required. Education/training and experience diagnosing/treating substance use disorders is required. Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC or SAC) preferred. While bilingual skills is not required, due to the patient population served, this is a unique opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor.
