Welcome to Experience Lab at Penn!

We are a six month program for recent college graduates that teaches hard skills in trending jobs such as Content Marketing and Business Development, then places you in a fast-growing start-up company for 3 months, full-time. And we’ve opened applications to college students interested in taking a gap semester, in addition to our postgrads looking for a bridge from college to career.

Here’s how Experience Lab works:

The first half of the program is online and designed to build technical skills while also developing a better sense of the mindsets and abilities you need to launch your career. The second half of the curriculum is focused on building a portfolio and network during your Field Experience with your company. Upon graduation, Experience Lab’s community of instructors and companies works with each Fellow to navigate their next career step.
