IT Intern Job Description
EBI is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to support our Service Desk Analysts and internal customers by delivering telephone and remote assistance. Our service desk analysts provide total support and implementation for personal, front-line triage, and overall issue ownership for technology system requests related to infrastructure and applications.

Qualified candidates are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Telecommunications, Information Science, or Management Information Systems.
Prior IT Internship or Work-Study experience is preferred.

- Software Installation
- Mobile Devices
- Collaborations Tools (Online Meetings, SharePoint, Instant Messaging, etc.)
