We are a $400K pre-seed funded EdTech startup looking to disrupt traditional education – we are building out a digital learning platform that will give our members access to all 38 AP Classes, with weekly live streams, recording library, and an automated learning management system (LMS) to consistently check for and drive mastery of subjects.
We are looking for interns to join our RLDP program which will consist of Sales, Operations, Product, and Data Analytics. We look forward to helping our interns gain skills, resume bullets, and prepare for the best possible/highest paying job possible for them in their careers. This position is unpaid, college credit only, however our founding team is from Harvard, Penn, McKinsey, Uber, Nike, and will be able to help you get the best referral network possible with good performance. Interns will report directly to the COO on a weekly cadence, with each week a clear set of deliverables expected. Each intern will spend time doing Sales, Operations, Product, and Data Analytics. Some sample projects will be driving strategic partnerships with YMCAs, youth sports organizations; optimizing operations for student/teacher relationships; driving product strategy for our website and mobile app; coding SQL/Python for Data Analytics.
We expect 5 hour minimum commitment a week, maximum of 20 hours. Workload will be determined by student and COO, as well as preferred functionality will be determined. Every student will start in Sales, looking to onboard 100+ members to our online digital platform. Once this is achieved, we will graduate the intern to whatever function preferred/determined best – Operations, Product, or Data Analytics.
