Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work on Product/Process Improvement projects
- Assist in setting up the Rapid Fat Analyzer (CEM) for the QA Lab
- Assist in putting together Training Programs
- Assist with coming up with a Data Capture system for individual products to track their histories
- To work and learn how to run the Wet Mix, Spray Dryer, EMC and Dry Blend equipment
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2021, with a degree focus in Food Science, Microbiology or Engineering.
