WHAT WILL MY JOB BE?
Imagine accelerating your career path by building your banking knowledge and analytical skills, discovering your interests and strengths, and developing business acumen over the course of a 12-month leadership development program. While learning banking skills in a variety of locations, you will gain an understanding of many areas of the bank and open up future career advancement opportunities. Extensive training includes rotations (in areas such as credit, consumer, mortgage, operations, commercial lending, finance, and corporate security), and monthly educational and networking opportunities. Recent college graduates are ideal candidates for this position.

Build a strong network through your various rotations and monthly training opportunities.
Benefit from time with a dedicated mentor who will support you and answer questions.
Receive guidance from rotation supervisors as they help you manage responsibilities, measure your progress, and support your growth.
Learn and develop through regular reviews with rotational supervisors, mentor, and the Emerging Banking Professional Program Manager.

EDUCATION or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree required Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (such as business, finance, accounting, management, economics, marketing, computer science, information systems, etc.).
Aptitude for developing business acumen and strong banking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and aptitude for learning other software applications.
Prior banking or business-related work experience/education preferred with demonstrated financial analytical skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of business mathematics.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
