Job Summary:
The Columbus Municipal Airport (BAK) is seeking a short term Administrative Intern for the Spring Semester of 2021. This Spring Semester internship will focus on the Columbus AirPark and assistance in the development, marketing and grant writing for special projects including a Pollinator Park and infrastructure improvements to be made this spring.
Essential Duties:
Outside of the focus on marketing and development of the AirPark, additional work task assignments might include: participating in the annual budget development and review process; assisting with updating the airport’s based aircraft census; updating the airport website including the business directory and social media and assisting in planning for various airport hosted events.
Qualifications:
• Must be enrolled in a degree program focused on business/marketing
• Must be able to work 12 hours per week in person
• Valid Driver’s license, or ability to obtain by date of hire
Additional / Desirable:
• Passionate about the development of the AirPark where three higher education institutes reside
• Interests in Pollinator Parks and the Marketing of such a project

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
