Client Support Specialist
Job Description:
Client Support Specialist works as a liaison with our Client Services Advisor, to provide exceptional service to current and new clients. Performs routine and moderately complex clerical, administrative and support functions within our MGA/Brokerage insurance office.
Responsibilities:
- Process and complete insurance proposals, binders, invoices, policies, endorsements within our company management system
- Independently support the Client Service Advisor team by completing additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to inspection report processing, subjectivity or additional information follow ups, and policy audit reviews
- Organize and work with detailed records, maintaining updated files for each client
· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Requirements:
· Computer skills – Microsoft Word & Excel Intermediate experience preferred
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn, be coachable, intuitive and resourceful
- Must be able to follow direction as well as work independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
