ARA is looking for a dynamic candidate to conduct SIGINT Exercise support at Ft. Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible to the Directorate of Operations for managing and executing all Air Force live training/exercises/tests/demonstrations to ensure compliance with all federal guidelines. The candidate will provide SIGINT expertise to the customer and mission partners supporting respective training/exercises/tests/demonstrations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the exercise schedule and attending all planning events supporting exercises/tests/demonstrations.
The candidate will work with stakeholders throughout BMI & BMW to identify opportunities for leveraging AF and NSA data to drive AFCO solutions. Mine and analyze data from AF and NSA databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and manpower and personnel strategies. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize AFCO outcomes. Develop AFCO testing framework and test model quality. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
In the provision of cryptologic support, the contractor shall make use of knowledge/experience in DCGS, airborne SIGINT, and resource management as well as MAJCOM and NSA Multi-Int Intelligence. The contractor shall provide cryptologic subject matter expertise for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks; interact with internal and external personnel to refine requirements for planning objectives associated with the development of cryptologic initiatives; and provide comprehensive reviews of detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets.
