By connecting recent graduates to positions at top tech companies like TikTok, Xiaomi, and Amazon Global, we aim to foster greater international and intercultural collaboration.
- Assist in creating and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and target audience analysis.
- Draft, edit, publish, and manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WeChat) and drive content ((original text, images, or video) creation.
- Set up and optimize the company profile within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
- Create editorial social media calendars and syndication schedules.
- Collaborate with campus ambassadors to gain exposure to company products.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, and insights and then acting on the information.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in 12 months.
- Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or other related major is preferred.
- Outstanding consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Hootsuite (or Buffer, other Social Media Management Systems)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, strong detail and customer-oriented, and good organizational ability.
