We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate in our Lincoln office. In this position you will promote the sales of new and used equipment to customers through internal and external lead generation. You will also provide assistance to the used equipment team with equipment evaluations and other tasks. ResponsibilitiesGenerate, track, and follow up on leads from internal and external resources including on-line and social media leads; assign qualified leads to sales teamCollect and maintain customer information in the CRM for all qualified leads generated; Track and monitor follow up on leads and track lead close ratioEnsure assigned sales representative follow through on assigned leads; re-assign lead or follow up with customer directly when needed to ensure no missed opportunitiesManage the “Deal of the Day” and other on-line promotionsFollow defined processes for lead generationAnalyze the effectiveness of lead generation resourcesGenerate finance solutions for used equipment to help market used equipmentAssist the used equipment team with evaluations, wholesale transactions, retail ready tracking and equipment descriptions for advertisingAssist with customer events and farm showsMaintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipmentAttend sales training events/seminarsSkills and QualificationsPrevious equipment sales experience preferredKnowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferredAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsAbility to work flexible hoursExcellent customer relationship skillsThe minimum of an Associate’s Degree is preferredAKRS Equipment is focused on the future and creating a legacy that lives for many years.
