Bioinformatics is an intersection of computer science, math and biology. In our digital omics integration lab, we have mission to analyze, organize and display large amount of biological related data sets on our own web sites and databases. We have regular demands to develop long term web platforms for plant science, human health, and ecology. A web designer will oversee the user interfaces in our platform. A database developer will handle more work in the backend data arrangement. A data analyst will perform data statistics and machine learning based modeling. These different pieces of work will ensure our open-data web platform useful and valuable to diverse science community.
