JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Rotation associate will get exposure to all aspects of the North American Sales function. This role will give you the opportunity to learn and rotate in key sales functions, including various sales channels, sales operations and planning, and business and customer intelligence and analytics. This role will provide you will exposure to build a diverse set of foundational skills and tactical technical training. Upon completion of the program, candidates will have be equip with strong business acumen to better understand our North America commercial business. Permanent placement at the conclusion of program is based on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adaptable to change within the five 6-month job rotations based on business requirements.
- Detailed introduction to various sales channels, such as Retail, Food Service and QSR.
- Exposure to customers through shadowing in field and supporting the sales cycle including customer ride-a-longs and store visits.
- Actively support liaison between cross functional partners such as marketing, sales strategy, and supply chain.
- Opportunity to develop strong technical capabilities (Power BI, Data and Analytics)
- Introduction to financial acumen (revenue growth and pricing)
- Represent McCain Foods (Canada) and our product line in a professional manner both inside the company and within the trade.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create value for our customers and our organization.
- University Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Strong communicator who’s customer focused with a positive attitude.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
