The Office of Student Engagement is a busy office environment that runs on qualified staff and student workers. The four pillars of student engagement are Student and Family Transitions, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Loper Programming and Activities Council and Student Government.
Job Description
The student engagement student workers’ primary responsibilities are to support the office staff of student engagement. Students will work in the main front office as needed helping with answering phones, ID Card processing, greeting customers, and more. During the summer months, students will be asked to help with New Student Enrollment. That can include tabling during the resource fair and assisting with ID Cards. Student workers may be asked to run errands and make deliveries around campus. All students must complete FERPA Training.
Skills
Good communication skills, friendly, organized, and willing to help with office tasks. Student workers will also be asked to assist with NSE over the summer.
