Our group is dedicated to cutting-edge research in nanotechnology and biotechnology. Our goal is to understand living cells from an engineering perspective, i.e. mechanics, controls, and design, in hopes of controlling them as engineered machines, and to drive disease treatment with lessons learned from natural systems. Specifically, our research is centered on micro/nano technology and its applications in single-cell engineering.
