Celebrating Diversity: Hispanic Heritage Month

The University Career Services Employer Relations Team at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is excited to announce its cross-departmental development of employer education opportunities beginning in 2021. Celebrating Diversity is an ongoing series that highlights different marginalized groups each month to talk about issues that specifically pertain to them in the workforce. Through a series of webinars, employers, students, faculty, and staff can learn more about diversity, equity, and inclusion in relation to the workforce and recruitment.

For Hispanic Heritage Month, the series will bring together professionals from a variety of industries and organizations to participate in a panel, share their unique experiences and celebrate diversity in the workplace. The series will serve as opportunity to connect with employers and organizations to help meet their recruiting needs while maintaining best practices and standards around diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence.
